5.1 Supported Payment Methods. bm69 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrency methods (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Availability of individual methods is subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Currency. All Account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. bm69 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
5.3 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method (generally from RM30). Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be imposed at the account level and may vary by method and account tier. Specific limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. bm69 targets the following processing windows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These timelines are targets and not guarantees — delays attributable to third-party payment providers are outside bm69's control.
5.5 Withdrawal Requirements. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. Users must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bm69 operates in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. The Company reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction that triggers AML review thresholds. bm69 may delay, freeze or withhold funds pending satisfactory AML review.
bm69 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, referral bonuses, VIP tier rewards, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses and migration bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the point of offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

6.2 Misuse of Bonuses. bm69 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to recover bonus funds from a User's Account, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional errors. Patterns of bonus play inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling will be assessed at bm69's sole discretion.
6.3 Cryptocurrency Bonus. The 2% crypto deposit bonus (up to MYR 688) is available on qualifying cryptocurrency deposits and is subject to a minimum wagering requirement as specified at the point of promotion. Eligible cryptocurrencies are BTC, ETH, USDT and LTC. The bonus is credited automatically upon deposit confirmation.
All bets and wagers placed on bm69 are governed by the general rules set out in these Terms, supplemented by the specific Game Rules applicable to each game or sports market. In the event of conflict, the specific Game Rules take precedence.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you have received an on-screen confirmation and, where applicable, a bet reference number. bm69 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds or prices resulting from technical errors, human error or manifest pricing mistakes.
7.2 Live Betting. In-play bets on live sporting events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC and other markets) are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. bm69 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension event are settled according to the applicable rule set for that market.
7.3 Casino Games. Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. All games are provided by licensed third-party game studios. Published RTP figures are long-term statistical averages and do not represent guaranteed returns within any individual session.
7.4 Payout Disputes. Disputes regarding game outcomes or bet settlements must be raised with customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered. bm69's settlement decision is final and binding, subject to the formal dispute process available under our licensing framework.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bm69 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

bm69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for cause, bm69 reserves the right to void pending bets, forfeit bonus funds and withhold any withdrawable balance pending investigation. Real-money funds verified as legitimately deposited and not subject to outstanding investigations will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users who wish to close their Account voluntarily should contact customer support. Accounts subject to active self-exclusion will be closed immediately upon request, and re-registration during the exclusion period will not be permitted.
All content on the bm69 Platform — including but not limited to the bm69 brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, images, user interface elements and game content — is the intellectual property of bm69 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in, or licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from, any Platform content.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit commercial use, data harvesting, screen scraping, or any automated interaction with the Platform.
bm69 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
We use industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and at rest. KYC documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties except where required by our licensing obligations, AML compliance framework, or applicable law.
